Aww I loved seeing jack! I have the same struggle- I am currently living back with my parents until I can go back to San Diego, and we are a foster family. I have a 3 year old foster brother who only ever wants to play and scream, making it super hard to get studying done here! But I love him lots and hes making quarantine more fun- kids are just the best!

When Dr. Goodin brought up taking care of your rotator cuff, it made me be more concerned about my physical body. It is good to know that I'm realizing now that our body is truly underrated and we don't realize how complex our body really is. Learning about the connection between bones, muscles, and joints gave me a perspective to appreciate it more.

I really enjoyed going through all these muscles that help the shoulder move! I really want my 'specialty' when I become a PT to be shoulders, so I think it is super important to understand all the muscles that help the shoulder girdle move properly. It is important to know all aspects of the shoulder to diagnose and rehab but knowing the supporting muscles and how to strengthen them are the biggest part of rehab.
