I was thinking about frozen shoulder or rotator cuff tear which I would rule out with additional ER lag sign. Great video!

Would you refer on for CSI in that instance khalid or advice / setting expectations would they be enough ?

Hi! CSI is certainly an option for patients with frozen shoulder. Often it is reserved for when pain gets more significant, and perhaps once a little more time has passed. However, it is certainly an option for pain relief if the patient is struggling

Hey Khalid, I just wanted to say your case studies are amazing-they’ve been super helpful for us. I was wondering if it might be possible to add something about the physical therapy for the conditions you cover at the end of the videos? I think it would be a great addition to help round out the content. Thanks so much!!!

I thought the frozen shoulder only occurs for the people who had prolonged immobilization of the shoulder joint. Never knew it could occur in a tennis player too.
@ClinicalPhysio

Yes absolutely, not only with prolonged immobilisation

I was thinking tendinopathy or frozen shoulder as for the age of the patient and no trauma, STIFFNESS and diabetic
