Your 80% of shoulders workout should target side delts not rear or front because chest and back covers those but side delts are more important

personally last exercise overkill hai kyunki mostly front head ohp me acha khasa develop ho jata hai cable lateral raise kar sakte hai side delts ko extra volume dene ke liye.

For beginners I guess reverse machine pec dec or face pulls are simpler to perform for rear delts.

Mere dost competition karta hai.uske bicep ka size 15 hai par wo 25 kg ka bicep marta hai,par mere bicep ka size 13 hai aur mai 45 kg ka bicep marleta hoon aisa kyu.

Good but be clear about dumbell weight for beginner I saw many video but noone tell about dumbell weight and i think it is also important for beginners so i request make a full video only for beginners that teach how to perform n how much weight n wat about set and how much give time to between two resp give complet guidance thnk you sir

Sir this might be the first time that u r wrong -: 1. Doing 3 exercises for Front delts is just really stupid cuz it already gets stimulation from other push movements. Instead add one compound press movement like overhead barbell press that's more then enough . Focus more on side and rear delts 2. The more stronger you get the more less you do in order to progress . For example-: ●A beginner benching 35-40 kg can easily go upto 3-4 sets with good 10-12 reps ● An intermediate guy benching 90-110 kg cannot go for 3-4 sets with this intensity . So for him doing less with high intensity is benifical
