I was there with 4 friends. It was HOT as hell and we were 16. Oingo Boingo and the B-52's killed it also! : ) GANG OF FOUR too!

Was there - 102F in the middle of the MF desert! I'm stage left in the crowd. What a day. B-52's, The Ramones, Oingo Boingo, The English Beat, Talking Heads, The Police at night.

I was there too. It was hot, but everyone was stripped down to minimum, so it was all good.

How unfair, that I had to be born in 2003. Much too late to be able to witness a show like this.

Saw them in about 1980 opening for the Pretenders. I had never heard of these cats, but man, the raised the freaking roof. Everybody came away impressed. One of the most energetic shows I've ever seen in my life. Just beautiful, watching them carrying on like they do.

The US Festivals (1092 and 1983) were the greatest values in concert history from the aspect of the audience. Nothing else comes close and probably never will. Call me crazy but I include Woodstock in that assertion.
