Yeah, the reason why X-Men Origins Wolverine was so much better than the movie is that they started making the game first. Raven had the IP for a few years before changing stuff around to use the movie for free advertising, but it wasn't made for the movie.

There is actually a British spider-man in Lego Marvel Superheroes 2. He's called Spider-UK and he's an alternate universe version of Captain Britain with Spider powers. His costume does have a Union Jack with spider webs on it.

It takes place in a post apocalyptic New York with Cher vs. Donna Summer, KISS vs. The Village people, Robin Williams and Rodney Dangerfield for comic relief; as well as, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Beast, Wasp, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, and Dazzler all trying to save New York.
