Well I have an idea why your td5' Turbo Leck is that huge. Check out the linkage for the turbos wastegate. The rod from the vacuumbox should be 10-13 threads, to the leaver. Turn it until you count 12 threads, that will be fine. If not the engine doesn't gets enough air I gues. Our defender td5 took great advantage in terms of power and torque under full load. Yesterday I towed a 3,2 ton excavator plus trailer, and he realy had more power.

Have you tried replacing the grub screw on the gear lever? It should tighten the whole gear selection up.

lovely video as always. My dad and me are driving a 130 Td5, they have a lot power, but as you mentioned the lack power because of the reasonably sized turbolack, is nerve wracking. When you passed 3000 rpm they pull like there is no tomorrow. But you dont want to do that all time. Greetings from Germany
