Meditation.. Is not about gaining spiritual enlightenment.. Or raising consiousness, opening chakras or the third eye.. If you think it is you have yet to be taught. It is so obvious and easy to understand, Meditation is quite simply..BEING. Its the one thing where doing Nothing is Something Worth Doing. Westerners have a hard time understanding that for some reason. When you meditate things just Are. Everything IS... you attatch no lables or assumptions to anything, it just Is. Nothing is good or bad.. It all falls away and what you are left with is your Breath constant, steady and unwavering it just Is. When you are in this state of mind and you stumble across this Truth.. That is what brings about a conscious change, an enlightenment, a laughter, a sense of connection and joy, a sense of weightlessness, a cherished sense of meaning and a respect for all life. And a complete understanding that you are an integral part in the universe, that you are IT just as much as IT is you. The same force that beats your heart, shines the stars.

Psychedelics can be helpful. But practice prayer and meditation. That’s the best way to go within. Prayer is the first half of meditation. That is, focusing/attuning/centering the mind on the Infinite/Divine/God/your higher self/ the Christ Consciousness, pick a label any label. Intend connection with that. Then let it all go and quiet the mind.
@themadgamer4571 Жыл бұрын
@@christopher302Psychedelics led me to meditation and prayer. They helped me understand religious and spiritual beliefs. No longer an atheist. I became one with the source. The Tao perhaps, Emptiness with a beam of light that which all forms become. First there was nothing, then awareness of the nothing which created all forms in existence. I am aware of the source within. Some call it stillness, darkness, emptiness, space etc... I like to call it Source: a (no)thing which something comes from. Start and end meditations of the Source because its where our manifestations of our being are given power. I trust my intuition so much more and worry way less about my circumstances in my moments where they aren't present or necessary. The more I meditate on the Source I realize that there is no "inside me" I'm just a hunk of meat out in the world. Thoughts and Ego create the illusion of internal reality. I can sense as if the Source is within me wholly, perhaps it is within the atomic quantum structures that make up my bodies molecules. The realization that I am a part of the Source which all forms come from and are connected by, being aware of the Source within me I am also aware of the Source in all things.

This is so infinitely beautiful and together with the title it's in such deep resonance with this point of time and space. Doing that which is worth doing.

Listening to this song for the first time, thinking about how crazy it is to exist and thinking it might be time for another lesson from the mushroom. About 4 minutes in I hear a loud crack and open the door to my tiny cabin, a 6" diameter poplar branch about 15 feet long had broken off and fell 50 feet onto the driveway in front of my door. Curious why it fell I look at where it broke off and see a beautiful network of mycelium splitting off from heartwood to bark. Carl Jung is spinning synchronistically in his grave right now XD. It's cool that some music can influence our perceptions so deeply. Any other time I'd just be happy I wasn't smashed by a tree lol, but thanks to Shpongle and the internet instead it prompts me into a new journey. Much love to everyone listening!
