For everyone saying that he is already shredded, this is a great opportunity to understand that people have different standards.
@kiranicharles011216 күн бұрын
You can't get shredded in 4 weeks if you are fat. You need months and months to get at reasonable weight first. You can speed up process if you use a bit of Onlymeal. If you are beginner, you should start there. I did the same 12 months ago, lost like 92lbs but didn't workout all the time because I have other life duties as well. But I am really satisfied, I feel much stronger than before, and now I am ready to get shredded for summer.

I think part of it is the most lauded physiques tend to be on the leaner side so people will sacrifice mass for extra cardio. I do push/pull/legs/arms during lifting season and it gives me more time for cardio like judo or bjj. During lean season I stick to upper/lower to free up even more time for those.

Iv always been told and read when cutting ideally you want to do 1 - 1.2g of protein per body weight, but I know it varies depending on your training experience. But even experienced lifters I assumed 1-1.2g of body weight per day was enough on a cut. Are you eating 2g of protein per body because of training experience or because your split isn’t as focused on hypertrophy and want to hold as much muscle and prevent loosing muscle mass, and because your trying to get shredded in 4 weeks so it’s more of aggressive cut which isn’t ideal for maiming lean muscle mass or is this something you just always do no matter the time down you give yourself to cut. Sorry for all these questions, I love this type of stuff 😂 Edit : Okay you explained it as soon as I finish typing this comment 😂

Amazing how all the key fitness influencers have flip flopped from 5-8 years ago when they treated cardio as absolutely useless and a complete waste of time - especially walking on a treadmill, for example. Now all of them are mixing in cardio of some sort and positioning walking (no treadmill) as the new epiphany. Even Kinobdy introduced cardio/steps. Well for those of us that have been around 15-20 years or more than these young bucks, this is nothing new. And while i am all for the benfits of outdoors exercise, for those in cold weather climates, walking on a treadmill (slight incline) or stair stepper is just as good. Whats old is new again. 😊
