In this video, we'll take a look around GreenGo Recyling's wood yard. We've begun shredding pallets here at our recycling facility, but that ends quickly when our Rotochopper 75DK shredder goes down. Fernando is on the Kobelco SK210 using the log screw to reduce the size of some HUGE logs!
Please subscribe to the Mr. DiGG channel for more crazy adventures at our C&D Landfill: / @therealmrdigg

My theory is that's how Adblue reduces emissions All the time you're looking for a sensor fault you're not running the engine and reducing the emissions Technology going backwards Chin up Mr Digg we're rooting for ya buddy 👍

I agree Ryan . There was a private that succumbed to engine failure in both engines. The pilot was able to land safely at an airport. Upon further investigation they discovered the truck that delivered the Jet Fuel where he filled up had made a def delivery before that. Of course you won’t find this in the news. They will cover other stuff and this is not an isolated incident.

Hey ryan, not sure how well this might fit your operation but, you might want to check out a shear to replace that splitting screw. We paired one with our horizontal grinders and it turned out to be very efficient for us! We used a pemberton shear but I’ve heard good things about the nye ones too…

@TheRealMrDiGG Hi there Ryan. Re post if you missed it. I worked with a composting facility that was built as a side business right next door to a 50000 head hog farm. All of the hog waste and dead hogs were emaciated, then pumped and aerated into settling ponds, and then onto the rows and rows of compost along with heaps and heaps of other organic material. One day there was a police escort with a tanker truck that had 8000 gallons of a bad batch of Southern Comfort whiskey dumped into one of the ponds. That smelt pretty good compared to your big omelet there.. It's amazing the stuff that they used to charge companies big $ to dump there and make amazing compost from it all. Enjoy your day bud.

Have been subscribed for maybe 6 months now, and I have to say, it seems like you run a great business and are the kind of leader pretty much would want to work for. I’m sure your turnover is way lower than others in your industry. I really like how innovative you are and always looking for ways to better reuse materials. Yeah, it’s better for the bottom line, but it’s just a smart way to get more use out of these waste materials. A lot of these types of businesses just keep doing things the same way or just looking to run things as cheap as possible vs investing in equipment, technology, and people. I work in a completely different industry (building Software products as a Software Engineer for almost 30 years now) but grew up in a very rural area doing farming and other blue collar work. I prefer making things better and this the kind of place that would keep things as fun and interesting as my current career. Anyway, not trying to brown nose or anything. Just on the outside looking in from a very forward thinking industry perspective, and wanted to give you a sincere kudos!

When are we going to stand up and tell these idiots at the epa that enough is enough. This def fluid thing is useless. You can’t tell me that after you make this stuff (out of LP gas) , package it , ship it, warehouse it , distribute it, spill it, and destroy your engine with it that it is saving our environment. Worse idea in the history of internal combustion engines. Somebody needs to reel these people in. Total scam that is just making everything way more expensive.

Customize a regular log splitter. That's what I would do. Make it longer long enough for a log. Say 30 feet and I know the piston would have to be custom but I swear to God it would be worth it. Set the whole log on it, hit the button. And push it through grab the next log and on the 10 second cycle. Put it on there, split that log. Grab another one, wait for the 10 second cycle. But the log on etc. It'd be 10 times faster and more efficient than that. I'll draw up some plans if you want me to invent that machine for you.Cause I can do that

As far as I know SPN means Suspect Parameter Number, which is just fancy words for fault code. So your display is telling you that you got a fault code, but not what fault code. Maybe you can dig somewhere deeper to actually get the fault code. Or maybe you need a workshop tester to get that info.

In past years, we were concerned with the NOX emissions of diesel engines. Now we add urea, which is nitrogen fertilizer, to control emissions. Please, some engineer or chemist, explain that to me. That goberment fluid is corrosive to boot. I am glad that some of the logs are diverted to lumber production. Lumber generally goes to durable products that keep the carbon locked up for as long as the product lasts. I just wish I was there with my mill.

Who thinks of the code names for issues and allows engineers/nerds to use acronyms which for me should be illegal? For each code generated it would be helpful if code included an explaination of where/what system from which the code originated and what the code meant in plain english so a 6 year old could understand and what's needed to make machine operational. In todays world memory space is never an issue so why not include a cause and cure recomendation for each code so an operator does not need a seperate manual (SECRET DECODING RING) to know what the code means. A companies marketing department would sell more machines if time was spent helping operators use these electronic controls and systems thru use of plain english on all control/monitering/status electronic screens this simple step/s will pay for itself many times over in reduced training times.
