What an easy and very creative salad here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Never thought of shrimp and melon served in the same dish, but anything you put together Lidia comes out beautiful! I bet this salad would definitely go excellently paired with a glass of rosé! 🍃➕🍤➕🍈➕🥬➕ the pesto dressing 🟰🥗😋💚🤍❤️🥂

That looks so good. You know, Lidia, I haven’t tasted a sweet cantaloupe in several years. They are all flavorless! Not sure what’s going on with that. But I did just buy some shrimp! I guess it’s time to have a melon sitting on my counter til it’s ready and hope for the best!
