SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 2 lbs Shrimp 1 Cap of Liquid Shrimp & Crab Boil 1 Tablespoon Cajun or Creole Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 1 Onion 3 Sticks of Celery 1 Bell Pepper 2 Sticks of Salted Butter 4 Cloves of Garlic 2 (12oz) Packs of Fettuccini Noodles 1 Teaspoon of Salt *To season water* 1 (10 oz) Can Rotel 1 (10 oz) Can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 (14.5 oz) Chicken Broth 1 Quart of Half & Half 1 (16oz) Block Jalapeño Velveeta 2 Aluminum Pans or 9x13 dishes Start out by heating two large pots on a low heat. Make sure one pot is filled more than half way full of water. Season your 2lbs of Shrimp with the Crab Boil, Garlic Salt, Cajun Seasoning, and move to your fridge. Chop the Onion, Celery, and Bell Pepper. Melt 1 & 1/2 sticks of the salted butter in a large pot. When the butter has melted, add the onion, celery, and bell pepper. Raise the heat to a medium heat, and sauté for 20 minutes. Raise the heat on the pot of water, and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic. Add the garlic to the pot of vegetables. When the water begins to boil, add a teaspoon of salt and the pasta to the water. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain. Just leave aside till needed. After the vegetables have cooked for 20 minutes, add the Rotel. Let cook for another 5 minutes. Add the Cream of Chicken, Chicken Broth, and Half & Half. Meanwhile begin heating a sauté pan on a low heat. At this time, preheat the oven to 350° Cut block of Velveeta into cubes, then add to the pot stirring often. Add the remaining half stick of butter to the sauté pan. When the butter has half way melted, raise the heat to a medium heat. When the butter has completely melted, add the shrimp to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minuets. While the shrimp are sautéing, add the pasta to the sauce and stir the dish well. They pasta may be stuck together, but slowly stirring will break it up. After the shrimp are done sautéing, add the shrimp to the sauce. If you want to split the contents of the pot into the two pans, and freeze one for later, you can do so. You can also cook it all in one deep pan. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Gently remove the foil, set aside, let cool for 5 minutes and then serve. Cook sum garlic bread! 😊

You say 1 pint of half and half the written recipe. Then you say 1 qt. Half and half on the video which is it. I qt or 1 pint? Love your recipes. This was the first time I cook red beans and rice and when u got home nothing left in the pot. Just the Aluminum bottom of the pan.
