Dear Michele Thank you for kind words. My wife has done an amazing job editing and structuring the recipes and it took a considerable amount of time. We did 54 videos at that time. Since then we have added 3 grandchildren to our family and she minds two of them 4 cdsfys a week and we enjoy our Sunday meajs togerger. However I have. Many recipes, mostly Mediterranean style I could share with. Do not hesitate te to request one. My email a dress is Pjm666593@yahoo.com

@@themywaychef3615 My mom was Italian and she was a Sicilian, and she could cook calamari, chicken feet, and she would take me through the streets of Boston, the North End, and we would get cold cuts. stop at Regginas Pizza back when it was really Rrgginas. They would put soo much oil and cook it with burnt bubbles on the crust. the mozzarella cheese would strech for ever. Your videos remind me of the old days. The dry sandwiches with the scali bread and the salami, oh boy do you remind me of the real Italian experience.

Nice to see I'm not the only one who saves shrimp shells for extra flavor. I usually save & freeze them till i have a decent amount. I like to use them to make a mixed seafood food soup (shrimp, calamari, scallop, mussels, cod, clams, scungilli). I boil the shells in a a large stock pot for about ~20 minutes. I then strain the shells & return the liquid to the pot & continue to boil it down to reduce it. I then use this as a sort of shrimp stock for the soup. It makes a world of a difference in flavor, specially for a plain shrimp soup since you really can't put the shrimp in till the tail end of the cooking point or else you wind up with rubber shrimps that make you feel like you're chewing on a wine cork lol. Great recipe, thanks for sharing ☺️

Yeah, I do the same...The flavor of the stock (even if only a small amount) definitely adds to any seafood sauce that I prepare subsequently.
