Love it, cant go wrong with shrimp. Can I substitute the red peppers for something else? I know the title says red peppers but my fam does not like red peppers. If so what can we use?

Roh Ger 1 you can cook the shrimp using my salmon in spinach cream sauce recipe :)

Or leave the red pepper purée out altogether and add more garlic (2 more cloves to create a garlic sauce. Add any veggies you like: mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, etc :)

Maybe use a can of tomatoes instead of the peppers and keep the rest the same.
