The dish typically consists of egg noodles, vegetables, and protein, all tossed in a savory sauce. Shrimp Lo Mein brings together the delicate flavor of shrimp with the comforting texture of noodles, making it a popular choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Cook the Noodles:

2. Prepare the Shrimp:
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables and stir to combine. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
6. Serve:
