Im in Jacksonville Fl, we can catch shrimp with a net in the river or get them fresh off the boats, shrimp are soooooooo easy to overcook, its either a flash cook or cook them low and slow for a long time.. this looks and sounds amazing, my daughter uses crabcakes broken up in her macNcheese and its INCREDIBLE!
