I learned something from you today. I used to cyt salad greens n plop these into a bowl. You toss them up a bit brfore you put these into a bowl. That is why your salads look so complete. Thank you.

I read that Lidia lived in New Jersey, but that was wrong. Don't believe everything you read! This recipe looks so good. Too bad for me that shrimp, like everything else, is so expensive.
