* Shrimp Sushi
- Ingredients : Sushi shrimp (boiled and seasoned with sweet vinegar, available for purchase at online markets), rice
- Sweet candle water (chodaeri): 3 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt
(The product includes sweet water, wasabi, and soy sauce, but I am sharing the sweet water recipe.)
1. Mix 2 bowls of rice + 2 tablespoons of room temperature sweet candle water.
2. Shape sushi by moistening your spoon and hands with water.
(It is easier to shape the rice if you scoop it up with a spoon and shape it.)
3. Place shrimp on top of sushi
(Just remove moisture with a paper towel, etc.)
