Red root floaters...in my tanks they propagate at an insane rate , usually once a week I'm scooping some out so they don't cover the entire surface

They prefer harder water. I have them all over all of my tanks. Try them on your neo tanks.

My shrimp aren’t breeding. I’ve had about 10 blue dreams for 4 months and there’s been about 3 different berried females. Would you have any advice? I do crushed coral, food, rarely water change, have driftwood. I don’t know what’s wrong

This seems to be a more common issue nowadays and my gut tells me it's from the high levels of inbreeding that happens in the hobby. I would try doing more frequent water changes, the water change signals for them to molt, this stimulating the breeding. If that doesn't work I'd buy a few more from a different seller to get some new blood in there.

What do you use to attach plants to wood?

Depends on the planet and the wood lol. Cholla wood you can usually just slot the rhizomes into the holes and avoid string or glue altogether. Bigger prices of wood I would use fishing line until it attaches itself
