@Delta 38 I did it on ultra-violence given that I wasn't really used to dash it took me 6 tries, but the second gate the first try did it. and I somehow missed a gate I don't know if i missed the 3rd one but There's tyrants in the next gate I've played I was so scared for a second but they turn so fucking slow it's really easy to kill them rocket and sticky bomb spam bursts him down really quickly

I like to work my way up the difficulties. I think that's how it was designed to work. You learn all the fundamentals on lower difficulties then by the time you get to your Ultra V and Nightmare playthroughs you have a solid grasp on everything. The game is so replayable because of how dynamic the encounters are.

TexturedSugar no nightmare increases enemy damage and frequency of attacks, thats it. It forces you to master movement, weak point targeting and what enemies to prioritze.

I highly recommend playing on Nightmare difficulty. It's a different game, and it is a whole fucking lot better. It has no mercy, and it demands pure skill to get through. It's a more appropriate learning curve for anyone who is experienced at FPS.
