Even in this deep deep africa we have our own version of the toothfairy. And if you didn't do the little tooth fairy ritual they'd say it wouldn't grow back. For interest: we call the tooth fairy "Hloyile" or "Nhloyile" (Zulu) and you put the tooth in a shoe night before. You show up in the morning and your tooth and some money would be in the shoe. You then take the tooth and go outside and ask Hloyile to take your old tooth and give you a new one and throw the tooth backwards through your legs. There must have been bare teeth in that garden😭
