Shuo Jiao predated the Shaolin Temple martial arts. It later infulences many Japanese martial arts as well, such as Daito-ryu-juu-jutsu, and many other juu-jutsu styles.

technically it predates the wushu as we know it. The wushu as we know it today originated by combining and accumulating martial knowledge at the Shaolin temple around 500 AD. Shuo Jiao is much more ancient than that.

I study shanxi xingyi, Little 9 Heaven, Chen Old Family form, Ba Kua, Tzu Men Chuan. Shuai Jiao is something I've wanted to study for over 20years but didnt have a school around me growing up in small midwest town. so enlighten me on the system
