I listened online to this message the morning it was posted on KZbin. I have listened to it again today. I will listen again tomorrow and probably on Tuesday. I'm hearing our Lord speaking to me through this message. I am to stand firm and not allow the distributions in my life to get in my way of what God is directing me to do. I am to trust and obey. The book of Nehemiah is my second favorite after Joshua. Both are written directions "How to lead people". Let me just say that that isn't something I'm comfortable with doing, so I allow myself to be distracted. My grandson name is Nehemiah. I pray he is the Godly leader his name sake was. Thank you again for your insight. 😊

This Part 4 The Great Work. Reminds me of Trump trying to continue to build the Wall that was started in the 1990's .... The Wall was not Trumps idea but he is determined to finish it. ... A lot of what he does was not his ideas but was talked about through former U.S. Presidents. But he is getting things done that was promised by former Presidents.

If a leader says no all the time how are they helping those that are in need spiritually? I'm in need spiritually but pastors are too busy and unavailable so this message began nice but it's a bit ironic/hypocritical and it's very discouraging as I've tried to grow spiritually and every time I've wanted guidance and understanding and pastors are too good for me at least at this point it's what it's made me feel.

Linda , Women need to council from older Women in the Church and Men need to get council from the older Men in the church. It's not the job of the Senior Pastor to do the council. His job is the message not the council. Most churches have counselors both male and female. Find yourself a older female counselor in the church. Also join a woman's Bible study once a week. And also join a Life Group. In some smaller Churches the Pastors wife will counsel the women and the Pastor will counsel the men. Read Titus Chapter 2 Verses 3-5 .... If you can read all of Chapter 2 and if you can read the entire book of Titus. Life group is Great and has a lot to do with the message and this is usually co-ed which is fine. But a woman's Bible study would be awesome for you if there is not one in your church , then start one at your house or in the church. Heavenly Father I pray for my sister in Christ that she will find a older wise female counselor to council her. In Jesus Name I pray Amen. God Bless you my sister.
