you could tell the big guy got upset when the guy in the green (great hands, btw) tagged him with that combo...he's def got some experience because instead of rushing wildly trying to get it back, he just reset and collected himself takes experience and trust in your training partners to react like that after getting popped instead of going apeshit great vid...keep 'em coming

A boy and a barbell, the ten year journey. What's Crackin' Guys, Ormer IsSoft here. Apologies for being MIA, gyms temporarily opened in Toronto, closed, reopened and as of Monday, will close again. As such it has been difficult filming the content I want for this channel (and I refuse to release 30 similar home workout videos-I save repetition for when it matters...my squat videos). Fortunately, this past week, while gyms were temporarily open, I was able to get into the gym and film a handful of videos! There will be a new video 1x per week on the channel for the next month and tentatively gyms will open after this point in time. The next video will be this Wednesday November 25th! Additionally, I'm still recording and releasing an episode per week of my Podcast (Iron Culture with Dr. Eric Helms, which you can find here: kzbin.info/door/EGG.... Each episode has a ton of science and practical application, taking a deep dive into common topics (that to be frank, you won't find anywhere else). It is available on KZbin, iTunes and Spotify. I appreciate everyone's patience and hope you are well during these times. If you're looking for Memes, naked photos of yours truly and the occasionally useful write up related to lifting, you can follow me on Instagram @omarisuf.

I approve a lot of Ammari being considerate and bringing to the sparring session big gloves (look 18oz from here), he's saving a lot of people a lot of hurt. On a personal note as a big guy myself i wouldn't throw spinning stuff against lower weight sparring partners because such kicks, as seen even in the video, tend to land strong no matter what. But it's not my gym and these are not my sparring partners, so I won't judge. Stellar content, awesome fighters, the talent on everyone is evident

I have watched all these videos and they are great insight into sparring, it looks like the big fella this time was having a bit of and off day which is common and happens to the best of us. He is usually quite light on his feet with fast kicks and reactions and you could see in this video how flat he was. Which is great to see people having good and bad days
@SiamBoxing4 жыл бұрын
You have to show the rough with the smooth this is the reality of the sport and training not everyday is a good day or a bad day. I think this is great to show rather than always showing only the best points highlighted. Although a bad day is pretty incredible still. Thank you for watching.
