I'm VERY anxious to see the difference between the air2 & lab SIBO testing, since I'm considering purchasing the air2. Thanks SO much for sharing!

I do not have sibo as far as I know, but I decided to try your yogurt I am on my fifth batch. One of the things I noticed is that my skin became much smoother, I had a patch on my back about the size of a silver dollar that was dry and rough and itched a lot it has disappeared, I might be able to retire the back scratcher, the other day when I was shaving, I noticed the razer went over my neck much smoother it has not been like that in decades. For a man pushing 80 it is not a big deal but for you younger folks especially the ladies spending a Fortune on skin products it might be huge I also have been using Redmon products due to your recommendation and am very satisfied with them.

Can't wait to see the comparison between Aire and breath testing. Just keep in mind that inulin and lactulose can feed a variety of bacteria that may not be exactly the same as each other.

I haven't been following your journey from the beginning, so maybe you have already addressed this, but from what I understand the bacteria will just grow back unless you can get your migrating motor complex moving better in the small intestines. I'm going through the same thing. I'm going to start taking a prokinetic. I ordered a gut motility product from amazon that has artichoke and ginger extract, which is supposed to help keep your small intestines moving, so the food will move through, which keeps the bacteria in the large intestines where they belong. Just something to research and think about. I myself did the antibiotics and the herbal antimicrobials as well and it didn't keep the bacteria gone. Good luck to you!

How are you doing now? Did the artichoke make your symptoms worse?

Thank you for sharing your journey. I never confirmed my SIBO but based on symptoms of a new onset autoimmune concern, I found my way to the Super Gut book. I tried at first regimen - the regimen of Candibactins and found the BR was just so hard to swallow as it would start to dissolve immediately in my mouth before I could swallow it and the taste is so potent that it would gag me. The other protocol is all capsule pills and better. As fates would have it, I got Covid the first week into the protocol and didn’t take it every day - but did end up doing a 3 day fast so hoping that turned over my biome. Now that I’m back to “normal”, I switched protocols and am going to hold off on the 3 strain yogurt for the two weeks as Dr Davis recommended. But (for what it’s worth) on my first go around I didn’t understand that it’s either the antibacterials OR the yogurt so I was doing both and, like you, as soon as I started the yogurt my bowel movements changed for the better. My husband loves it mixed with organic berry syrup and berries like a parfait. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who cares about their health. Hugs.

Nili, I just got the book Super Gut and am watching your SIBO videos again. I will probably be trying some of the recipes from the book once I’ve finished it. No idea if I have SIBO but it sounds like quite a few of us do. I don’t think I’d even heard of it before you mentioned it! Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Just watched this one again… how many times is that now? Lol I read Super Gut & figure it is likely that I have SIBO so I’m going to bite the bullet & order the AIRE 2. I’m just waiting for them to send me a discount code for signing up for their newsletter. - Thank you for your ongoing info on this, Nili.

Hi I have the device it is awesome, can you give a tutorial how to navigate the device? Food data, sleep……Where on the program in the device was a print out? How do you clear the data from other days? What are some channels talking about dr. Access? Somewhere in the program.. I’m a little technically challenged. Thank you.

Praying the lab test comes in with better results than the air2. I will be good to see the corolation. Plan on starting some yogurt tomorrow. Had to test my IP for temp accuracy. I don't have SIBO, but the yogurt sounds too good to pass up.

I just buy the device and did the diet for prep day before but my results are 5.7 fasting until I didn’t eat anything 😢 do you know if is normal? Dr Davis said that should be 1.9 or less 😢

It is nice to see you have some improvement in your numbers. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. Can I ask how much yogurt are you eating every day?
@mindgains24632 жыл бұрын
Your iron is getting eaten by candida overgrowth/ harmful bacteria or viruses also use iron. Normal iron levels are 60-80. Anything higher is doing harm because iron is a metal, metal oxidises so the higher the iron the higher the oxidation. So is best to keep it below 80

Thank you for all the great videos. New to the channel. I think I have SIBO and SIFO. Quick questions, 1) do you know why they have the Small Intestine and the Large Intestine with arrows at the top? At a certain time is H2 then measuring from Large Intestine (IE. S6)? 2) How are you coming up with the ppm for the Aire 2? Not sure that device gives a ppm measurement. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Hello! I've been following along you sibo journey. I have also been trying to treat sibo using antimicrobials. I'm curious how you are using the Aire device to track hydrogen, does the device read the hydrogen number in ppm? I'd like to use it to compare to my original sibo test as well. Thanks so much for sharing 😊

@@marcusa.6723 I've heard that the antimicrobials may not work as well if you're starving the SIBO with a carnivore diet. The SIBO goes dormant when it isn't being fed which actually makes it harder to kill. This is debated I believe but it'll give you something to think about! Did you listen to the interview Judy Cho did with the researcher that studied healing sibo with carnivore. If not, I highly recommend it!

They have a 1-10 scale where each unit is equivalent to 5ppm... So it's easy to make the conversion
