Hi, I’ve just started following you, your video’s are great, I love that they are to the point. When we were in New Zealand in 2019 we had a dish I really loved numbing schezuan beef but when we went back in October it was different not as good and wasn’t numbing at all. Do you have a recipe like that? There’s nothing like that here in Australia either I’m wanting a recipe like they had at Ancestral in Riccarton Christchurch Thanks

Tenderloin is best but I use rump cos cheaper.
