Perfecting the Pignolata Messinese is happening for this Easter! Poppa C has been working overtime during his retirement and he is very close especially the Lemon one. Chef Umberto Turelliof Zi Marie's Original Pizzeria-Trattoria in Toms River is also dedicating many hours of trial and making much progress! They compared notes tonight over the phone after this Official Crisafulli Father and Son taste testing. Poppa C even gave Chef Umberto a key tip which can really make things happen very soon for him!
