@mbatiajimmy50668 ай бұрын
Kirwa was just playing political stunt for his friend. He must have assumed Kariuki was honest to influenced a favorable thinking at the time. Kirwa’s Assumptions were 99.99% wrong! It cost the country bigly for Sicily to have been put in a position of high responsibility that she was under qualified to execute and perform🤪! Anyone can “speak up” and blame others, but Sicily’s blame games are catoonistic at best! @Simon, clapping for Sicily will not amend her poor judgment and everything she did wrong in the two ministries she held.

Her remarkable eloquence merits sincere commendation, underscoring her exceptional verbal proficiency. Furthermore, the noteworthy exhibition of humility upon her return to Earth adds a layer of distinction to her character. In the broader context, each of us warrants a moment of simplicity, symbolized by the unassuming styrofoam cup. In reality, however, these ostensibly transient positions serve as manifestations of momentary indulgence

I really hope the Kenya school of govt is teaching these concepts. In fact the school needs experts in different fields of human nature to come and teach govt officials who many luck the human emotion aspect of how to become an effective leader. Its not just learning the bureacrcy of language and paper work but the human touch. Do away with the command and control type of arrogance that is prevalant in our civil service, Infact all civil servants need to go for such an induction.

SA has the highest income inequality in the whole world. Crime is a symptom, but also probably an indicator of untapped ambition. They need a very special type of leader -- one who is both very ambitious regarding what the country can achieve in a capitalist world, but is also genuinely concerned about the people, is appreciative of their history, has intellectual depth etc.

@@panafrican.nationSouth African crime wave is on a different level. But poor people don't commit crime. But it's easy to blame them coz they also happen to be the least educated. Toxic rotational politics in South Africa has also poisoned the minds of their people. Politicians like Malema are know to blame the white man for all the problems of South Africa. This kind of divisive politics cant provide solutions to anything.

The people of Nyandarua are tired of getting political rejects trying to lead them to some dead end roads. One can not fail as a health ministry CS and then expect to be a county governor in Nyandarua. That job is simply too big for Kariuki to handle, and she would have been a huge failure as a governor. Blaming Uhuru over her leadership failures will only hurt future chances even more. Sicily does not have what it takes to be a governor of any county in Kenya.
