we are using a Consew Smooth cut Foam cutter with the foot plate removed

what's the best way to go about putting on a new cover on a seat that had rivets as opposed to one that had staples? like stretching and stuff

You would do the same process but attach in different areas with the rivets at warm and stretch as you mounted
