did u say 17 hours? ive played for half that and i still have no clue if ive even began the story. to be fair im abit lost, just killing whatever boat comes my way and getting money.

the real gole of the game or story it to save all your family but you dont have to if you dont want to.when the game is over it will tell you how good you did and what you unlocked but i cant seem to save all the family o well.still a fun game

In the Wii version you attack the towns from your ship using the cannons. Is this possible on the Xbox version?

I believe on xbox it is much more simplified, so you fire cannons on the sea view, mainly to show your aggression towards a town, so that you can do a land battle against them.
