I really don't understand why the sexual side effects of this medication are rarely discussed, even though in one study like 67% of men reported ED and reduced sexual desire. That, in my opinion, would be the most important side effect and something I would like to see someone finally discuss.

If I have moderate fatty liver is this safe to take at 25 milligrams?

You can discuss with your doctor, but in research studies we used naltrexone at 25mg and higher so long as the liver enzymes levels were less than 3x above normal levels so it should be safe

I took my first 50mg dose on Monday, I still feel sick on Wednesday, is this normal?

Did your doctor start you at a lower dose and advise you to work up?

@@thrivealcoholrecovery no I started right off with the 50mg. Maybe I missed something, the bottle just said take one a day.
