If you have a disc bulge with pain one side that’s not getting better with extension, or you have a shift in the spine with the pain then you have probably been given McKenzie side glides to help.
Here is my run down on how to do them correctly and what you need to be doing depending on what side the pain is on and which way you are shifted.
