He purpose of the broken armor jump is so you can use the pearl drone to fly to a safe place in a pinch. It's very useful for long-range weapons when they get run down. Pressing B in octoling form while in the air allows gliding. It moves very quickly

Splatling (my main) was my first complete run for Side Order and I don’t regret it. DJ Octavio is so based for having the best weapon as his palette

That would be nice. I’ve personally been wondering, once the loose ends in Inkadia are wrapped up (Lil’ Judd, Octaria’s ongoing crisis, etc.), if we were to see another part of the world. Inkadia is canonically on one of the Japanese home islands, and if intelligent life has spread as far as humans have, that’s a lot of places for us to visit. New cities, more characters, maybe new Inkling and Octoling factions, if Nintendo chooses to go with the rivalry angle. The only question is if they’ll choose to go that route.

i usually always get drone splat bomb whenever possible. the aoe and spammability when combined with drone gauge increasing from enemy splats is very good. it also helps shred portals

One of my favorite upgrades is homing shots on the splatling. The dps goes nuts when your aim assist swaps automatically to the next available target.

One thing i should probably mention is you don't get your armor back in the air like booyah bomb most likely this happens is for players not cheese the viod since there the jump ability can save but breaks the armor in the process

Tip for using bucket, roller, and brush on turbine tower maps: aim at the top of the turbine tower so your weapon's ink will hit the top and bottom turbines instead of only hitting one. This will save a ton of time when doing these kinds of levels.

You may know this by this point, since I didn't watch live or anything, but if you read the info on the Jelletons as you defeat them it gives tips for defeating them. Portals (like the final boss portals) don't regenerate health if their bases are inked, and if you have poison ink they'll take extra damage... though I've never seen one get destroyed by just ink; that's how portal 3 wave 2 of the final boss got so much damage when you hadn't hit it. You also get commentary on the chips you've collected, with extra commentary for getting 3 chips and 5 chips (for the chips that aren't 1 and done, like midfire charge). I've been trying to complete the collection, took me five runs with splatling to be able to grab enough splatling barrages, and now I can't get enough extra dodge rolls on dualies (gone through five runs). Seems more flavor text/in-depth explanations than lore, with some completionist badges for collecting them all, but I can't be sure just yet.

Btw character the ULTIMATE PRLZ FARM is just to use color chip bias and always get the same tone color chips, you get a chain bonus that increases by 100p for every chained chip you have, for a max chain of 3500p and an extra 63000p. The easiest way to do this is with charger and only getting support color chips.

for real, my first winning run was an all luck palette, and i didn't realize yet i was getting so many points for chain all the luck chips, so my next few runs where i didn't chain i was like "why is this only half as many pearls???"

Specifically I believe you get Agent 4's Shot fist from the Lockers, then everything is random until Eight's Shot at the final one. I got the Squid Sisters after 4 on my playthrough, while I've seen others get Deep Cut's first
