Yo, I know this is an old video, but that tip about thinking of stabbing your knee at the opponent in order to get more hip pop is awesome! 🤯 Definitely going to imagine it that way for my next training session 🙂

I know that this training is physically demanding, but I don't get why this man tells you to keep arm out straight and open up your hips and lift leg high.....100 times he has to tell you and you don't do it like he says. hard strikes are one thing but defending them is just as important

+kensokid Yes, cause people errode months/years of muscle memory as soon as someone tells them too. I can you've definitely spent toooons of time training..
