Thank you. I'm trying my best. Still far from expert but experience comes with every trip and experiment I do with this drone.

I used to live at and work in the Belmont Hotel in Sidmouth. My parents had a house in Honiton. I have walked those beaches. I really appreciate the footage. Jen-coo-e-ya bardzo!

It was good to meet you yesterday on the clifftop above the landslide and I enjoyed our chat about the South Devon coastline. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to checking out your content. You have footage from many of my favourite places! Cheers.

@@quentinjackson6015 Thank you very much. I hope you'll enjoy it and discover lots of new things about places as I don't like to just stay on path. It's all about going where others don't know you can go and trying to discover more to these places than can be seen at first glance. And who knows, one day we may meet again on paths around Devon . Stay tooned and good luck 🤞

We visited Sidmouth a couple of years ago. That's quite a big landslide!
@polishexplorer12 күн бұрын
@@SussexYank Yes it is and it's not the only one that happened there. I'm coming with another movie on Sunday. They really got it bad this year. I'm just waiting for big waves and rains to come and give me more material to film. It's good to see you're still going on with the movies and flying. Have a great fun out there and who knows - maybe see you out there one day.

Yeah, gives you nice adrenaline boost, especially when you arrive there and see how far this landslide reach and ..... it's time to go back!

I'm just here again and nothing changed since last week but I have a new landslide for you from this week. See you soon...

Wow, some people are really living on the edge in those houses 😮 I would never have walked on that beach. I don't understand that you took the chance.
@polishexplorer6 күн бұрын
Well, you take a risk and you win or lose. Life without some risk is boring and still going on anyway, so why not make it this little bit more exciting? Just like these people living in those houses. Imagine how coldblooded they must be.
@TravellingTorunn6 күн бұрын
@@polishexplorer Well, we all have our own limits. I would definitely take some risks too, but for other goals 😄

They should chamfer those steep cliff edges off to 45 degrees and level the sand and build the beaches up , would slow the erosion and make it safer for people.

The overhead shots show the whole ridge having that yellow sand line , suspect its only weeks before the lot comes down?
@polishexplorer16 күн бұрын
Last Sunday there was already landslide on the other side, east of Sidmouth and looks like you're right - the same situation, sand on rock that is not solid stone, more like dry hard soil. Just wait for the winter rains and storms.

@@polishexplorer Back in the day took the kids along there to dig for fossils,The coast line is amazing ,but i spent more time looking up than down , just in case .
@polishexplorer16 күн бұрын
@@mariebaxter473 They told me that fossils are more to the east and on the other side - East Quantoxhead in Somerset.

when you see a fresh slide like that you should be looking up at the rock face really carefully to see if you can see any dinosaur fossils as they are worth million if you find a good one

According to local I met on the beach this strata are too young to find anything. Its further east toward the Lyme Regis where you find stuff - that's what he said.
