I have to write this. A few years ago I was impressed to not study the weekly lesson anymore due to the version of the Bible being used. I listen only to Scripture and Ellen White writings. I was a Mormon so it wasn't a large step from one (false) to another (Ellen White real) prophet. GOD has had HIS light shining all through the ages. He never has abandoned us. Things will get tighter they will become more narrow on the path and I want you to know that when I don't understand something I go to Pastor Veith for a better understanding. You can see Martin's sincerity - thankyou. GOD has definately given you a work and thank you for taking it seriously. In LDE the prophet states that the leaders of the church will scatter and disappear and laymen will step up and take the lead. This to me is a strong sign. I don't watch most SDA shows as they are putting their own spin on things. I want to go home with JESUS and am willing to do as HE wants. HE helped me finally overcome dietary challenges and I praise HIS Holy Name.

The message God sent in Ezekiel 33, Isaiah 6, Daniel 2, 7, 8, 11, 12, Matthew 24, Luke 21, Mark 13, 2 Thessalonians and Revelation 14 is very clear and the Spirit of prophecy is in harmony with the entire Bible, especially these passages. Isn't it wonderful, how Ellen Gould White who lived from November 26, 1827 to July 16, 1915, should have given us these prophesies so that we, in our blundering ignorance, may have her work so excellently revealed for us by Prof Walter over a 100 years later? Moreover we are understanding them at the very time for which they apply! I sometimes feel quite weak at the knees at the enormity of this. I am sure God gave us all life at this time for a reason. The reformers were called lollards and all sorts of things to humiliate them for Christ Jesus's sake and they stood the test, so be it! We do not legislate what they believe but if what they believe is not Adventist or not inline with the 3 angel’s message then they must not be allowed to represent the church. Psalm 27:4-6,14 many of our brethren in the church will be lost because of following the leaders whom they have placed in Christ's steady ( EW 270-271). They do not understand the pillars of our faith and have willing rejected the spirit of prophecy which is the guiding light to our path ways until the day dawns. There are people in the local SDA churches RIGHT NOW, even pastors and elders, if you set whichever books of the Spirit of Prophecy in front of them, they will explain and give reasons as to why THEY think and believe her writings do not apply in certain conditions, or that her writings are HER opinions and so forth: THIS WORLD HAS LONG LOST ITS MIND!
