My first trip to Cambodia in 2015 I took the bus from Phnom Penh to siem reap. It was 12 hellish hours as the road was maybe 10% paved and the rest was bumpiest road you could imagine. It was so bad that I said hell no and flew back.

🤣I don’t think he’s got my patience but it would be an experience alright. Our Connors coming over in January I think. It was a very draining day but I love travel days, always looking forward to something new😊

Long haul 10 hrs , and a long hike after it to, lets see what phnom phen is like, i agree with you when it comes to catching flights, you want no messing about, i did national express in uk, telford to london heathrow, £16, bargain, left at 12 noon and got to lhr at 6.30 pm for my 9.30 pm flight, bus routed, telford/birminham/marble arch/victoria london (change bus) victoria/lhr,. like you i researched it and it was a bit tight "but doable" i didn't want any dramas though,.frenchie should have the day before or in a taxi on same day, hope he didnt get stung to badly rebooking flights,.

It was a stretch that one mate, I enjoyed the walk after the long bus journey and it’s always nice to check out the surroundings on route. If I get a flight I generally get there the day before and stop in a hotel nearby. Safes a lot of hassle and makes the trip less of a chore

really great show and I loved it, as I would do this type of travel to, could you in the future include a bug out quickly price as if the french guy would cancel the bus and take a taxi for cash, would it be 100$ for example, as I would do this to just to spice up the travel on my own, in Guatemala I could not take standing in a messy chicken bus (for real) for 9 hours, roads were washed out and 15 mph, I just got on the next small plane about 100 to Belize city, the same from an island in Cuba to the mainland was only 50, the ferry was to messed up and I took the next flight instead, ferry was about 3$ russian airplane about 40

Hi mate, I’ll be honest doing daily vlogs is extremely time consuming. While I’m constantly travelling I do research, then the vlog, and edit before the most time taking chore of downloading through various softwares to bring them up to 4K. I will keep this in mind for the future but at the minute I have very little time to be adding more to my workload. Thanks for the idea though it’s much appreciated.

Dont feel sorry for the French people at all. No idea what time the flight was, but surely 4 hours in, its time to get off and get a taxi. Pay cheap you get cheap. On flight days, you dont go cheap.

Waiting for buses to leave in Cambodia and Vietnam used to drive me crazy, the bus company should make it clear that they will wait for hours just for people to show up. It's a pity the French guy didn't realize this. If the bus left on time people would soon learn to turn up on time.

it's not "awful" to use rain water to clean the pots . You sound that you're from a realistic part of England ,get real . I drink rain water ,but only fill up the big clay pot (reservoir) in August or September when I know my roof has been cleaned with 2 or 3 month torrential downpours . You are the bunny ,the prey and as "fallang" you are rich and they want your dosh

I'll be honest Graham i'm quickly losing patience with Cambodia. Finding food is a struggle, the wifi is shocking and that's a killer for me. I'm having to stay in the hotel all day uploading, cant do research or get out vlogging. I try and stay four days ahead of the channel for that reason but it's quickly catching up with me.
