A cup of coffee is not the same than a "cup" in terms of sizing, is less than that, that's probably why your oats were so clumpy, I think :)

Hey Sierra! Just recently found you and may or may not have been binging your videos but just wanted to say thank you for uploading/sharing your creative!

Quinoa, black beans and broccoli... that’s the saddest dry meal I have ever seen. Sierra I love you, but you saying that was “good” upset me 😂
@Codsx4005 жыл бұрын
Exactly! I love all the ingredients but come on! Nothing interesting in this recipe...eating for eating but not savouring.
@naomi.1055 жыл бұрын
Codsx400 agreed!! Roast the broccoli and throw on some franks.. far less offensive!

A little too much plugging of fabletics. “I love what fabletics stands for” means what? Padding Kate Hudson’s bank account?

@@by.ania.m Athleisure is a style, so people can basically wear leggings every day. Some people do need that much because, for some people, that's all they enjoy wearing.

Love this episode just because you and your friend make it so relateable. This LA day looks like a great healthy vacation. Taking care of yourself, hanging out with a great friend or partner, eating healthy. Going back home rested, full of energy. Great vid!

Love overnight oats (perfect for a broke college student) my fav recipe is usually: 1/2 cup oats 2/3 cup cashew milk 1/3 cup yogurt 1 Apple or 1 cup fruit 🤗🤗

Frozen banana makes smoothies really thick. You can even make ice cream out of frozen bananas.

The overnight oats are supposed to be put in an airtight container in the fridge overnight which softens it all but it would still be the “wet” consistency. Makes a huge difference!! I do mine in a mason jar!
