Same here,my I bought my M17 my Glocks were retired.I loved the M17 so much I ended up building a P320 myself,piece by piece..I ended up pumping around $3,000 into it.going in I wasn’t planning on spending that much but I definitely don’t regret it.I won’t run into anyone else who has one exactly like mine and I plan on having it until the day I die. I got into building ARs some years back and I fell in love with modularity and the wide range of available aftermarket parts & accessories.I love being able to build a gun exactly how I want it.I love seeing the entire industry moving in the same direction.this is what originally led me to the P320.for a long time if you wanted to do a custom built pistol,you were pretty much limited to a Glock or 1911.unless of course you wanted to pay for expensive machine work,engraving,etc.now most of the more recent popular models have some level of aftermarket support and I love seeing this change

@@Lot-O-Guns The stock trigger is weird. Spongy on dry fire, but crisp on live fire. Range time today on the stock trigger. I was shooting low today. I also have the Custom Shop FCU. The flat trigger is a game changer. Add in the Wilson Combat lower, and it’s a different pistol.

Well for starters when something in the FCU brakes it's going to take another 4473 for what would be a replacement part on a glock. Then theres clearing malfunctions, it's takedown is too finicky to field strip under stress, and you'll undoubtedly need to take it to a workbench to clear and reassemble it. And then theres the fact that sig used it's consumers to proof test their products safety. Doubled down on their design after the discharge issues were pointed out, then admitted it was problem and offered a VOLUNTARY turn in program that didn't publicly notify ALL of its customers only until after a lawsuit was filed. In short if your gun needs numerous safety updates AFTER it was released, then it's a bad gun overall.

Poor design and quality for an expensive ass 9mm, and WHEN your FCU brakes, that's a 4473 just for what would be a replacement part on a glock. And the take down is too finicky to field strip in any real application. When it's jammed you need to take it to the work bench indefinitely. I have been shot and shot at more times than most police officers, and can say when your adrenaline is pumping and you feel your heart in your ears you won't be able to clear any malfunction that a sig is going to have. And don't get me started on the discharge thing, if your gun needs 3 or 4 generations of safety updates AFTER its design and release, then its a bad gun. Sig US used it's consumers as guinea pigs. Enjoy your Sauer grapes my mans.

@@neighborlyairsoft7180 - I've actually burned and melted the P320 plastic and it behaves like normal toy plastic, which when burned it turns into a grayish color then when dried it gets crispy and starts to disintegrate into ashy pieaces. With Glock plastic it melts when burned and doesn't lose it's black color, then when cooled it hardens and regains it's structural integrity strength to be used, you can pretty much mold it into shapes and used again, that to me sounds like Glock's plastic is better quality than Sig's. Just saying, there's something weird in the plastic Glock formula that's not in other plastic strikers.

In case you don't know what the 460 Rowland is (and you probably don't with your 9mm soft hands) the 460 Rowland mimics the power of the legendary .44 Magnum. I shoot a 185 grain bullet at 1575-1600 fps with a muzzle energy of over 1000 pounds! And yeah, it's louder than my AR-15 shooting 5.56, and it's recoil is pretty controllable for a 38 ounce hand cannon, I shot 255 grain up to hardcast 290 grain Rowlands and so far my G21 doesn't have any issues or parts needing replaced. I doubt the P320 plastic can handle a 44 magnum like power, I wouldn't be surprised if parts start to break inside a P320 platform shooting a 460 Rowland.
