Plus, we are very optimistic on QSR- the frozen dessert that you picked in kirana, the cheese, salad dressing that you eat contains MCC from sigachi. The 👄, shampoo, toothpaste, eyeliner, makeup items all contains sigachi MCC. So if you are +ve about qsr growth(Devyani), Pharma, and cosmetics (Nykaa)- sigachi presence will be every where.

Good Analysis. But Sir pls include other companies of same sector for better comparative analysis. This should include different types of ratio analysis. Just depicting one fact that this company debtors days are high and creditors day are low. Means it has less bargaining power. Also, cash from operation is in the range of 50 to 60% of profit, but it is improving year on year.

But Investors, Please consider the following also in case one has missed out: Sigachi's pre iPO equity capital was Rs 7.68 Cr. Just before the IPO, the co. issued 2:1 Bonus issue resulting in tripling of the equity capital. Then add the equity capital raised by the Co. in IPO. Now all the data on earnings,ROE,RoCE,P/E,etc which were quite rosy looking pre-IPO need to be reworked & re looked closely before any decision. Wish all investors best of times ahead !

Again its me. Boring weekend turned into an interesting one. 1.) besides stock analysis what is important is your opening with a mental model. Was introduced by a friend 1.5 yrs back what are mental models and yes they are powerful. (My favourite- first principles) 2.) at the back of my head i used to think initially that although you have knowledge, but ur main strength is bcoz of unseenvalue(3months back when i got to know about soic). But now for the last 10-15 days it is clear you your own mindset and even have the courage to take another route/skip his convictions using your own brains 🧠. Future is bright . 🙏💯

Excellent review.Sigachi will reward long term investors.This is probably the only recently listed IPO that is completely fresh issue which would be used for expansion and retiring debt.Also post listing, the promoters have acquired 10000 shares at Rs.603/-.Since it is a micro cap,investors should have no more than 2% allocation to this stock in the portfolio at the moment

Your analysis is very clear on both positives and negatives and matches with my philosophy of small allocation in micro caps and new businesses and exit at right time after making decent profit or exit if margins decrease for 2 successive quarters .So this stock is for watchful investors as not much about these micro caps doesn't come out in mainstream media except at IPO times. Still 2 positives ( non dependence on China plus ever-growing segments of drugs / food and beverages / cosmetics ) make it a good bet for investing on long term for 2 yrs.
