HEY Dan, nice to see you!!! I just joined my local running club last September, what a huge pleasure it's been!! Discovering the joys of night-time trail running now myself in the safety of a group!! I do need to invest in a brighter running torch eventually though! 🙋🏻‍♀

Mine actually died just before this run so I had to rely on others for lighting! It just didn’t charge in the way I had expected! Error you make only once 😊

That’s the kind of running I like . Racing and events are great but in a way the validation is a double edged sword . Just running , just breathing , just being present . Lovely video .
