Price is too much. By not building basement, builder had already saved around 15 lac per unit I. E approx Rs 1000 per sq ft. Loot macha rakhi hai

Builder ko bhi pata hai ki market slow hai isliye wo EOI ke naam par hawa bana raha hai.Aur itne price main Ashiana,central park,godrej,Melia aur eldeco ready to move main available hai to ku koi yaha lega

Bhul ke bhi maat le lena.. Signature will show true colors when you will give money.. They will trap you... Sohna mein SG Park 4&5 se puch lena... sachai kya hai iss builder ki.. project kitne launch kare hai... but abi tak dhang se 2-3 complete kiye hai.... there is huge issues with construction quality.. you can make whole in wall by finger only.. fraud builder hai
