I stopped smoking, drinking and eating junk food/sugar. Best thing I ever done in my life! I have been living clean for about seven years now. Took me three years to kick those ugly habits. My friends say I haven't aged since then. I feel my health is a lot better. I wasn't aware of all the issues I had when I was a smoker. Now that I stopped smoking, I can smell that nastiness on other smokers and wonder how the heck did I ever not notice that on me?!!!

Thank u very much for this video. I have to stop showing low self esteem. I had a couple of these problems you've mentioned but I do not have the money to just keep myself up on the regular. I am a very natural woman but I do try to keep up staying fit and yes my body regarding body odor, unwanted hairs, teeth and etc on point but as far as looking diva is that a false advertisement on my part if I am not the type to wear eyelashes weaves and etc? Because when I do meet a well deserving man while I am wear those things out in public when he met me and sooner or later he is going to see that I cannot keep those regimes up because of not having the money to constantly keep my toenails professionally done or my hands, which it does look better to get them done other than you doing it yourself at home. Love your videos though. stay Beautiful and Real

I lost my job during the pandemic and all the things that I loved to do for myself went right out the door with my paycheck. But God has been good, still is good. What I started to do was start buying the nail polish and remover which is not expensive and learnt how to polish my toenails myself. All the pretty colours that I like I have to use more than once. I learned to colour my hair myself. What I did was get a low maintenance hairstyle that looks great all the time. Looking great helps my confidence level so I could not have let that slide. Had to find a way. Good luck to you. Be blessed.

@@patricejohnson6313 thanks for that. I 2 do those things. I can count on one hand the many times I've gotten my meds and peds done in my whole life and I'm 55 almost. I feel confident and sexy with my head cut bald, mohawks and short short hair cuts. I just have to stop caring about men of what they my not like about me when they see my thick thighs dark skin thick waist and humph he's going to approach this white female chick the same age as me or older and shaped just like me or bigger or approach a much younger woman that's got a great figure that's youthful looking. So I am trying to be more confident and STOP having those thoughts in my mind and walk around with confidence. So whatever I feel in my mind it can come out with how I present myself and they may feel that vibe. I still smile and etc but deep down I still feel that I am not going to be approached and yes now I don't even look for it to happen. I just do me and 4get about it. Thanks for responding. Have a Beautiful day😊

It so sad that we really learn different as men and women growing up.... I always thought of value as to what you thought of yourself but it is what what both people think of each other? My mother taught me what the image of being a lady looks like and how to respect myself but I really had not view from the man's Interpertation... As I have grown I often feel like men don't care about a woman's interpertations of them and it's hard dealing with the one sided effects of that feeling or understanding... Thanks this was still good information in creating new foundations moving forward...

I would have two questions, if possible: 1.What would be the steps in order to discover our identity, please? 2.Also, how can we forgive ourselves if we have been toxic in a relationship? Amongst other things, by toxic I mean that I was not sure if I should marry that man and that confusion of course affected the relationship and led to an unpleasant behaviour but after a few months I ended the relationship although the man wanted me in his life apparently but he also became very indiferent and kept telling me to end the relationship even from the first signs of insecurities from my side. Thank you

The same happend to me, i push man away saying: i am not worthy of you. Crazy i know. I think all this mess comes from our wounds. Me, personally pray to Jesus to heal me. Our identity is in Christ, we are His beloved.

One thing I don’t understand is women who have extremely low self esteem about their appearance and wallow in self pity about it, but they make absolutely no effort whatsoever to take care of themselves, and straight up refuse to do it. They refuse to go to the gym, refuse to clean up their diet, refuse to do anything to look after their skin, their teeth, ect. And on top of that, some of them are extremely resentful of women who DO make an effort to improve their appearance and wellbeing, and therefore have confidence about how they look. I know it sounds harsh, but it just doesn’t make sense to me. A former friend of mine was like that, and I ended up having to end our friendship because of it.
