greg has to really work on timing, you can hear/see it a lot in the shrine of malice show, he’s coming in at the wrong parts and shit like that, and he did that in tempting death, still sounded great. he came in on 1 and not the and of 4, i think he got thrown off by the guitar part which sounds like it’s like 1e+ 2e+ 3e+ but the guitar is actually going (1)e+a (2)e+a (3)e+a (4)e+a

Singers gutturals sound like someone attached a microphone to the inside of a burlap bag, then inserted a dozen dying, diseased lynx cats injected with a liter of meth and acid each into the bag, along with a few pounds of rusty nails, then tossed the bag off a cliff onto a mile in diameter bass sub speaker, and blasted the volume for days, the burlap bag just bouncing around a hundred feet in the air as the lynx’s scream insanely loud, desperate, painful, unearth screams as they’re impaled on nails and attempt to rip each other’s hearts out.
