Some don’t like to be tested without knowing if they fail they will be fired if shit goes SIDEWAYS because the one testing the employee is GUNNING for them! Say one thing like to correct him on a task he is doing backwards!💯%fact

Bottom line: if they're testing you, it's about cutting costs and they're eying up your salary as the reason for the need to cut costs.

Pretty sure my boss was gaslighting me in regards to speaking to her about coworkers and how to deal with them when they’re jealous of the opportunities she’s given me but she doesn’t see it at all. It’s especially hard to get her to see what’s happening when her own assistant is ostracizing me and not helping me learn necessary information to do my job appropriately. Decided to teach myself and watch these jerks since they refuse to vocalize and inform me on what to do

What if your Manager tells you you're on the bubble and need to do better YET you get Awards of your company services, you're on call 24/7 with no rotation... Is this a test? Or Time for me to look for work elsewhere? Been with this company for 8 years and finding it hard to decipher what the heck is going on... seems toxic psychology? Co-workers seem distance or lack of a knowledge the work I actually do. So confusing. Updating Resume...😔
