Synchronicity is wild. All day yesterday I was incredibly apathetic. I've been in a spiritual Flux... I was farther along than moat people because I grew up to fast (religion is for people who are scared of going to hell. Spirituality happens once you've already been there.) I'm good at entering that flow state when I feel like I'm doing the right things. Like divinity speaks through me. I've explored my commsiousness and just about every way to alter it and I've seen beyond the veil so when I get online I see people finally starting to see the world for what it is... and when people's eyes start to open and they seem confused, I realized I myself was guilty of 'wrong think' since I wanted to help others along since it's not an easy process and I know I've done so several times. But during yesterday's apathy I was leaving comments and decided to delete what I felt was inspiration and what the other person may need to know to as I realized I was taking away from their journey. And the people in my life simply don't understand where I am at in my life and it's become very lonely and I resorted back to one of my favorite old unhealthy habits. I realized trying to help others isolated myself and needed instant gratification again. Meaning my desire help others along the long harsh road was also incredibly detrimental to myself and my own well being... yes im a mediator and even though I may have resorted back to a certain habit I was so happy to rid of, now I'm doing it consciously. I'm aware of my actions and the easiest way to be accepting of it for now is to just let it be. I meditated for a couple hours until until I came to the conclusion not judging my own actions, is just like not judging the actions of others. It does more harm than good. I've been through NDEs and many OBEs so I know what lies at the end of the road but by trying to bring others into that light with me was only putting more obsticals in my own path and the disappointment in myself subsided. And to be honest I couldn't sleep, turned on KZbin and this video was 1st in my recommended section in my video feed. And I have no idea who you are and I've never seen your videos even once. But I'm glad I did because because your dragon fly metaphore is just like the catapiller metaphore I use. The catapillar grows as much as it can crawling around the bottom of the forest until one day it looks up, climbs, isolates it self from its world and begins to destroy everything it knows and everything that the catapiller is, even itself to form a cocoon, it completely melts down and after receiving the the energy around it the mess it made of itself begins to heal in a way that completely transforms its body and life. It spreads its magnificent wings and fly until it finds its birds of the same feather. Kinda mind blowing when ya thinking about it ... oops 😮

I've been thinking about spiritual awakenings and if people have more than one, beyond that initial "I now see reality for what it could be in all its potentialities, rather than what it appears as right in front of me with my limited 5 senses" moment of realization. I’ve watched many of your videos and started awakening to everything back in 2019 when my Dad fell very ill and I picked up Eckhart’s The Power of Now book again after reading it several years earlier. I’ve continued working on my spiritual awareness, meditation and being in nature in silence. What has truly helped me in this particular video is when you spoke about how some people talk about being from another planet/Galaxy etc and are Atlantean/Pleadian etc as I’m only recently starting to watch and expose myself to those types of videos as I am open minded, however I am finding it a bit intimidating as a topic and feeling some of the hierarchy you mention. It's messed up therapy doesn't work. They don't help like you. I've told others about you and they feel I pressured them somehow. I was so happy to help others like you have helped me and it but they have EGOs and they feel you're just here to make money even if they only watched one video. Then with compassion, embracing and accepting all the different suffering parts. This dissolves these parts and we gradually, slowly, become free. We no longer react but respond instead. @@HelenThomasCreativeHealer Thank You for very civil and kind response, I was expecting the opposite tbh :) My answer before is an emotional and critical because I used to be like that too - until recently I thoughed Im smart, special, always right, but i had an experience where for the first time in my life ive realised we people do not think alike at all. Ive always assumed that everyone thinks the same way, only Im more informed so I would try to convince others with facts and logic. But now I see most humanity are still the same level of consciousness as they were at 6 or 10 years old. And when I realised that - it opened up all kinds of possibilities that I was wrong about everything all my life. I was shook. Traumatised. Yet gratefull to see how brainwashed and egoistic i was. I thoughed Ive awakened then. But now i know - it was just me getting into second tier of consciousness (yellow) so i could start to see the differences of first tier. True awakening is something even more lifeshattering and if you and all these people claim its simple as believing in what aaron says - its the opposite of awakening - its cultish behaviour and its all ego. Ofc i ll be the first to admit that i dont know you, i dont know anything, and i am completely wrong all the time. All i know that i know nothing, but awakening term is special in my heart and i dissliked how aaron is using it so casually to boost his ego (numbers) by boosting his followers egos . Awakened people whom ive read are so different than these comments or even aaron. They have no desires, no fears, no grandiose goals to save the world and free humanity. They just observe from the outskirts and they hate being called gurus etc. What is happening here is some voke greenish movement and some people are getting rich while most people are getting fake hope that if they do everything what their leader says blindly - they will follow in his footsteps. Ill give you better advice than aarons second awakening bs: you said it yourself in the first line - 'i had no idea there is second awakening!'. You were right, but now you worship aaron so you believe him completely, and more so you believe that it will be a picnic easy to achieve it for all these people. if awakening happened for 70bucks there would be more than tiny miniscule percent of people who are awake, wouldnt it? But what you can buy for 70dollars is not real awakening but a fake self elevating ego boost so your life wont change a bit, but you then wait for ..drumroll pls... Third awakening next year! I love aaron and you btw, I bought a course from him and it gave me my own ego trip back then, I needed it. If only awake people would teach - there would be almost no teachers, because for whatever reason awakened people dont usually want to get famous and rich and own a cult. I love what you said about the various spiritual arrogance trends and cutting through that and affirming just being human and having the mentality of being a channel for something. It is definitely healthier and enables you to connect with others rather than alienate them and feel alone and "other". Also what you said about how our minds are addicted to familiar thought patterns. I have extreme anxiety and PTSD and a lot of chronic health issues that make me feel like I can't survive or ever feel safe, let alone pursue and accomplish my dreams. I am highly sensitive and I don't know how to change that, but I'm still trying. I'm only 34 but my body has been rapidly aging and I'm weak and sick all the time with horrific migraines and I'm basically trying to save my life and figure out how to heal my trauma. I think I'm a VERY old soul and that my illnesses are from trauma from my many past lives and they're taking a massive toll on this body. I am a young 64 year old , with a narcissist background. You have a big part in my rehab. Because of your videos, I came out of the dark and into the light. I had worked on myself for all my life. I spent this morning thinking about the various things I want and realizing that, if I had them, there would be a danger of getting caught up in the external form of them, and hanging on to it, when the actual joy comes from the flow of energy and I'd be better off just focusing on that & letting the external fall where it may.

I had my first wakening many many years ago thru the teachings of Tolle's The Power of Now. I had the small ego death. I was sad for a day and did not know why. Later I realized a part of myself had passed away. After that I no longer felt depression. However, now is time for the second awakening. I have increased my vibrational frequency but I seem to have hit a sealing. I am now part of the Vibrational Tribe and am ready for the second awakening.

After the first , which was alone , major introspection, now ive enabled to let it ALL be and practicing in the moment , being , not thinking. Yes i have a beautiful dream whch i keep going torward, yet mindfully letting it unravel in its best way. For US, the best and hardest part is of the letting go. Seriously, this last week it’s like everyday, a bunch of issues from the last decade come up suddenly and I just approach them more genuinely not falling back into my old insecure habits, would have some hours of some people feeling like they don’t know who I am or the world is falling apart, then they accepted that now I’m finally being genuine and it helps give them permission to grow into more of themselves too in a sense.

My higher self is screaming "yes" at you the second you said think less thoughts. It's so funny aaron, yesterday night I had this very physically moving meditation that was so intense, it made me dizzy, but not from breathwork , while meditating, my higher self very kindly and not these words told me to shut up. Sit in Stillness. Then I see this video. The old me would say that's crazy but this is just how it's supposed to be Namaste, brother. Edit: this was such a profound and synchronistic video. Indeed Aaron is right, there is no need to feel superior or look down to others, we might be indeed of higher awareness or intelligence but we all go through the same difficulties regarding this, face them until you break them.There is no other way if we are to be showing also others the way.Get over the traumas etc, understand that the higher our awakening the higher the hindrances, it couldn't be any other way, this is the way of the universe if to be fair.Once you achieve the goals through all hindrances you receive the highest joys and everlasting bliss.

I feel I have achieved this. Everything you said in this video is spot on. My overall intuition has increased significantly since I had mine. I don't know if that is common. I cannot begin to explain. It's quite fascinating. The end part where you talk about breath work, Tai Chi is fantastic for releasing energy. It's also a great way to stay fit coupled with yoga if you do not have access to a gym. Thank you for sharing this wisdom.
