Thank you, Dr Axe. I should tell people that I am educating future astronauts, doctors, lawyers, scientists etc., instead of saying ’I am a teacher.’ from now on😄

I have struggled with anxiety and for me, it comes on when I haven’t been sleeping or eating properly. When I get enough sleep and eat healthfully, I have almost none. Took me years to figure this out - when I’m in the middle of it, it’s very real and hinders my ability to do life. It’s surreal to see when I get those two things back on track, anxiety is manageable to none. I’m also a Christ follower and believe it’s God’s grace that allowed me to connect those dots.

admire Dr. Axe’s insightful advice and concur with the concepts of both growth and fixed mindsets. It’s often tempting to appear impressive without the commitment to daily growth. Keep up the excellent work!

When you answered the question how can I tell if my passions in life are realistic, without information of what this person's dreams were you were unable to be definitive. Perhaps the positive people you suggested they surround themselves with who may have been down that path at least a distance could give perspective for that individual. Thanks for your work Dr axe

Dr. Axe What can I do after brain bleed surgery to feel healthy and in control of my health and life again?
@drjoshaxe10 ай бұрын
Turmeric, Beet Root Juice, Omega-3, Ginkgo Biloba and Lions Mane can all help boost blood and brain health. As can exercise and time outdoors in the sun.

Dr. Axe how do you overcome poverty? Hubby has been in tech for 25 yrs now they want college degree instead of experience. Working at a terrible job now. He is tired of the rat race and wants Kingdom Work that gets us out of poverty.
