Silent Hill 2 - Opening Gameplay on PS5 Pro

What are your impressions of the graphics? I still don’t quite understand-did the game actually get an optimization patch for the PS5 Pro or not?

I am really enjoying this experience @ 60 fps. I have a 65 inch 4K 120Hz flat screen, and it looks and runs amazing for me. Yes, this game got a PS5Pro patch to be able to run at upscaled 4K @ 60 fps. on a PS5 you would have 4K @ 30 fps I have 4K @ 60 fps.

I heard it hasn’t got a patch yet from credible sources. Some of the games listed as pro enhanced haven’t been patched yet, this game is one of them

I read that the only 2 games without a patch yet was Call of Duty 6 and Fortnite. I own the majority of the patched games and am going to try them all and see how they are, very excited...

@@ploiquegaming just seems that someone so preoccupied with squeezing out every bit of performance, youd be a pc gamer. what keeps you on console?

@@jonr7364 I once spent $1,700 to upgrade my PC system to play the latest PGA Golf game to see all the blades of grass and other visual improvements. I stopped upgrading systems around 10 years after that. PC, I found is wayyyy to expensive to keep up with. My own choice .

It is the same upscaled 4k output but at 60 fps instead of 30 fps. I am just really enjoying the 60fps on this system with my 4K 120Hz flat screen.

@@ploiquegaming just picked up a 4070 super for 500, full ray tracing all settings maxed 90fps... you got fleeced my guy
