Not one has responded.
Despite over 80,000 of you signing our petition so far, all six supermarkets have met us with complete silence.
Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda, Lidl and Aldi: Our door’s still open and there’s a place set for you round our table.
An RSVP’s not much to ask, is it? After all, it is Christmas.

I was an external trainer for a company which made ready meals. I was horrified by the pressure put on them to keep prices down and astounded when the supermarket involved demanded to be paid £2 million for the “privilege” of being supplied. I still can’t see the logic. The company has since been forced to close 😢

It should be illegal to say you will buy 10,000 fruit and veg and then cancel the order. This is abhorrent behaviour and just does not make me want to buy anything from any of the major supermarkets doing this. I really hope parliament takes this up and helps change this.

This may see, and it is, pessimistic but, Supermarkets are not just about providing food to us punters, PROFIT is THE MOTIVE AND NOT A FAIR DEAL TO THE CUSTOMER. aNY FAIR DEAL IS INCIDENTAL.
