Silent Rage is one of my top favorite Chuck Norris movies- I love that first scene- brutal, Awesome to see that house and so epic that you got inside the building. These locations were fun to see man. Huge Chuck Norris fan here! That had to be blast of excitement out there.

Nice! I worked at Wadley Blood Center in 1990. What you may not have known is that there was a tunnel from the building in the front (where you went into the lobby) and the building that has since been demolished. I believe some filming was done in that tunnel as well.

I'm very thankful for this video. My earliest memories are of watching this movie with my dad. He was a police officer in Houston and passed away a little over a year ago so it brings back a lot of memories. Yes, he let me watch certain inappropriate movies from a real young age if they were police related, lol. I also check out movie locations and try to even find little cracks in bricks and similar stuff that are still left over.

Not only was Silent Rage made here in Dallas, but quite a few episodes of Walker Texas Ranger as well. Chuck Norris once owned a million dollar home here that was over 7000 square feet in size. Last I heard he moved full time to his ranch in Houston, Texas. He had bungalows made for every one of his seven children, and that's where he reportedly spent the majority of COVID. The house he used to own here was reportedly on the corner of Belt Line and Preston. While Adam was recording this video I was in downtown Dallas working in a nondisclosed basement. Such was my brush with greatness.

Just found this video and it made my day. Silent Rage is my favorite Chuck Norris movie. I have a lot of nostalgia for it, i actually saw it when i was pretty young with my dad. I always thought to myself if i ever visited the Dallas area that I'd love to vistit some locations. I'm glad to see someone who loves the movie as much as i do and put so much time into finding these locations. Its funny that you mention the Halloween similarities because the original 1978 Halloween is my all time favorite movie and Michael Myers is my favorite horror icon. Watching Silent Rage as a teenager and young adult i caught many, many Halloween and Carpenter like vibes from it. It is really obvious during the seen where Kirby goes to doctor Holman's house. It shows Kirby sneaking into the yard but then goes into a p.o.v. shot of Kirby walking into the door, grabbing a knife and then going down to the basement to find Holman. Kirby himself is a lot like Myers and Brian Libby played it awesome, he was very creepy as John Kirby. I am so appreciative of the locations you found but I would love to find out where that well is that sheriff Steven's throws Kirby down at the end as well as the house used for Chuck's and Dr. Holman (Ron Silver). It may seem strange but Silent Rage has always held a special place in my heart, I absolutely love the movie. As I mentioned, I first saw it with my dad when i was about 8 i think and have been a massive fan since then. The bar scene where Chuck beats all the bikers remains one of my favorite fight scenes ever. Thank you for all the time an effort you put in to finding locations of this highly overlooked gem of a film. Best wishes dude.

In the late 70s I lived in Northeast Dallas in the Skillman/Abrams area and worked downtown. Instead of taking 75/Central Expressway to downtown, which was a nightmare back then, I would take Skillman to Live Oak and head into downtown. The houses you showed in your vlog looked very familiar to me and brought back fond memories of those morning drives in the historic Old East Dallas neighborhoods outside of Downtown Dallas. edit: A little known fact about Katy Sagal, was that she was a Harlette, one of Bette Midler's backup singers.
