The cuts of meat you use when you're cooking real looks high quality. Really like seeing the simple but yummy dishes you make. Thanks to videos like this i also purchased tent + stove, but from aliexpress. Now i enjoy camping in cold weather more than in summer. In summer , tent is just to protect from rain and insects, but in winter it is more or less question of survival. Ofcourse, sleeping bag must be winter version, but still, without the stove I would never go camping in winter. What i enjoy is that you have so much small jobs like setting up the tent, clearing excess snow, cutting logs, making food. It keeps your mind busy and away from any everyday issues you have. Every small thing gives the reward right away and we humans really need this sense of achievment. But still, i rather choose the conditions carefully and avoid times with too much snow. Also the late autumn and early spring, when the night and day temperature is lower than 10 degrees celsius, the hot tent is awesome!

I don't understand why u guys don't get tents with a bottom floor. Would keep the inside warmer and keep your equipment from getting moist from the melting floor snow.

Tents set generally comes without an extra floor. But some campers use different types of sheets, or relevant floors for warming.

Most of the winter tents don’t have floors in them if they are set up for a stove. Cuts down on setting the tent on fire. But you can put tarps or mats down around the stove. Or at least that’s what l do.

I can see that you're experienced. Im about to start winter camping for the first time this year. Alone. It's a little scary because..well, i'm a woman. As a woman, you hope to not run into people who might have bad intentions. Isolated like this in the woods, it could be easy. I'm also a little scared about wild animals that can smell food from far away. Did this even happened to you ? What would you do ? Some people would say to speak as loud as possible to scare them away, some other would say to stay very quiet... what would be the first advice you'd give to someone who is about to do this for the first time ?

It took you till 13:59 to light the stove yea I know its cold in there no heat or nothing it even got dark and still no fire once the tent got setup the stove was supposed to have a fire 🔥 rollin gettin the tent warm

MessTin : Trangia HexamineStove : Esbit WindShield : Unknown Solid fuel burn time is about 22 minutes. If you light a fire and enclose it with a windbreak,you can leave it completely alone. Very easy to cook rice. Thank you for watching.
